Most of us experience stress at work. You can eliminate 50% of it by doing a 60 second exercise two times a day. Here it is: Go to a private location. Put one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Breathe in deeply counting to 10 and exhale counting to 10. Here's the trick: make sure your belly, not your chest, is filling up with air. If you are brave, breathe in making as much noise as you can; exhale with all the verbal exposure as you can muster as well. You will be amazed. In about a week you will discover a newly found calmness.
